The TLTC Faculty Launch Program is designed to provide you with a cohesive but customizable series of professional development activities to help advance your teaching, collect evidence of effectiveness, and leverage innovative, evidence-based approaches in your classroom. 

If you are new to UMD, consider completing Welcome to Teaching at MD before starting the Launch requirements.

You can complete the Launch requirements in as little as one semester, and up to two academic years.
